Charlie McMillan to Run Recruiting at OpalStaff, Talos Solutions
Millersville, MD – April 20, 2016 – OpalStaff and Talos Solutions have hired Charlie McMillan as Director of Recruiting Operations. McMillan, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, will oversee the hiring, development, and performance of recruiters for both companies.

Prior to joining the two companies, McMillan served regional director for Abacus Corporation, as well as senior director of talent acquisition for GeBBS Healthcare Solutions. McMillan also worked as the director of operations for Beach Staffing Alternatives, and spent a decade at Aerotek and TEKsystems where he was a program director and recruiter.
Through Simm’s leadership, OpalStaff and Talos Solutions have grown at accelerated rates.
