OpalStaff, a leading technology-based staffing firm, announced that it has hired Cameron Shinaberry as its new Senior Sales Executive. Shinaberry with help the company secure new business, as well as create new opportunities for future growth.

Shinaberry joins OpalStaff from Coastal Sunbelt Produce where he served as Director of Human Resources, leading multiple facets of HR across two companies, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and parts of safety and compliance. Prior to that, Shinaberry worked at Williams Scotsman in Baltimore as the North American Director of Talent Management, leading all talent identification and development efforts for an organization of 1,200 employees with 87 branches in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. He also spent more than seven years at Aerotek, Inc. as both an Account Executive and a Sales Manager.

Led by Simm, OpalStaff continues to grow at record pace. Over the last several years, the company as earned numerous business accolades, including being twice named to Inc.
