Program Administrator

We have an opportunity for a Program administrator. In this role, you will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in the daily management of Programs utilizing a wide range of administrative, communications, and interpersonal skills. Duties require strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with our clients, customers, subcontractors, and internal functional departments. Responsibilities include gathering, compiling, analyzing, and reporting on the various data elements of the Program, including but not limited to scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of program information to and from the various program stakeholders. Duties will also include generation, updating and tracking of program administrative documents including PMO directives and Program processes and procedures as well as the coordination and tracking of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Working Procedure:

Support the PMO in the management of Program data as described above as well as assisting the PMO with program planning to include defining program objectives; developing and maintaining schedules; developing the program work breakdown structure; Defining and negotiating program budgets and spend plans; generation of program work packages, defining task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents, Developing Program schedules; Establishing program technical milestones; Defining program resource requirements; Monitoring and reporting cost, schedule and performance by comparing actual status against baseline, conduct variance analysis, structure corrective action plans, implement and monitor recovery plans; develop and participate as required communications with our clients management, the customer, engineering, production, field operations & support, contracts, purchasing, marketing and financial management.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business; or equivalent amount of education and work experience providing exposure to those areas required by program management.

Experience Requirement: Three years of program-related experience, with the emphasis on project management. This includes:

Scheduling

Program planning

Program organization

Budgeting

Analyzing and Reporting Financial and Schedule Information

Data Management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour
