Our Client specializes in digital and technology transformations in the cloud and for the service desk. Our services include IT Strategy and Planning, Cloud Services and Service Desk, infrastructure optimization, and advisory services for large enterprise clients. Due to the high demand for our services, we seek to add a Cloud Infrastructure Communications Specialist to our team.
Our typical engagements are transformative modernizations lasting anywhere from 6 to 18 months. These programs are mission-critical with high visibility and come with inherent risks. The qualified candidate must have previous experience with cloud infrastructure services. The candidate must be a proactive team player with a dynamic personality comfortable working in highly available, fast-paced, client-intensive environments.
The Cloud Infrastructure Communications Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to provide services related to multi-disciplined content development, focusing on technical internal marketing and communication activities within our Client’s organization to support executive leadership initiatives. The individual will provide knowledge and expertise to assist with executing communication programs related to cloud infrastructure that will engage an internal audience and speed the adoption of new IT programs, products, and services.
As a Cloud Infrastructure Communications Specialist, you will prepare strategic communication plans for client organizations and create communication assets including but not limited to corporate presentations, steering committee documentation, QBRs, data sheets, graphics, infographics, live events, video assets, employee recognition programs, asset libraries, and technically correct content. Additional responsibilities include helping to ensure communication strategies are maintained and honor the Client’s brand, plus gathering and articulating content from technical SMEs within the organization. This position requires leadership skills and a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while accurately monitoring and reporting activities to the concerned stakeholder(s).
